Does anyone have any idea why when i go through my delete item from session routine (which works fine on my dev machine) after a few clicks around the site the same data i supposedly deleted comes back from nowhere?

It could be a number of things, including differences in PHP version between your dev box and the live site. However, by the looks of the responses so far I think you are going to have to use their support site, PSWorx ;)

Thanks coop, tried to use their support but they never seem to want to answer any php related questions. Ill just have to drop the cart until the client changes host.
