PHP for Forms

Please help a new learner

Dear Knowledgeable People,

I need to run a PHP script for my email form but my host has disallowed the one I am using. I am using Jack’s Formmail. My host says that the script is not secure and has recommended that I use PHPFormgenerator. That doesn’t work for me because it is a wizard and spits out a form template. I already have a form created and am looking for a PHP script that I can configure to work with my form. I don’t actually write PHP but I have been able to figure out how to properly configure open source codes in the past.

I am wondering if anyone can recommend a PHP script that I may use for my form. If anyone wants more info I would be happy to provide it.
