Adding a banner

Is it possible to put banners on all parsed pages

I am running a free web hosting service, and I have seen this a lot with other web hosts, so I need to know whether it is possible for me to add a banner at the bottom of each page of my domain, including subdomains, automatically through a php script, maybe...or anything. I am desperate and if it means installing extra things on the server itself, so be it.
