Learning curve for PHP-Nuke?

I am an intermediate PHP coder (I suppose). My client has chosen PHP-Nuke for building a prototype of his idea (i.e. to demonstrate proof of concept). I know that a "needs analysis" should have been done but he's in a hurry and has made the choice. I've not worked with any other CMS yet.

Approx how much time (hrs) would it take to get up to speed on PHP-Nuke? ...from understanding to implementing to customizing -- for basic/general functions -- not anything significantly esoteric.

He wants to know how fast I can learn what needs to be learned.

TIA...

well, nuke is setup so that non technical people can use it. You should be able to get something simple up and running in a relatively short time.

to be honest, install it quick and take it for a spin and see.
