Can anyone please give me information on
on featured site in altavista i.e its costing etc.

PLz help me out i am in urgent need of adverting and promoting our site [url snipped] in the featured section of altavista.com.

You need to call an AV ad rep at [phone]. Most of their advertising requires a minimum of $2000

The majority of the featured listings are provided from Goto. They've upped their min. bid from 1 cent to 5 though, making it more expensive to implement lots of keywords.

goto listings are actually called "Products and Services:" now...... a "Featured Site:" is served by double click...
