Anyone else noticed that when you click on a SERP now AV displays a [opening page] next tot the title as it registers your click....

If you press the back button to return to the SERPS AV then displays [last page visited] next to the title.

If only they out as much effort into relevancy we would on the pigs back

Guess they are also watching you closely. Ok they're showing you what site you've visited, but what are they doing with this info?

Click popularity, sure. Why not.
We know they analyze the traffic on their sites, where it goes. DirectHit is a example of this.
What else sould one be aware off when the search engines actively collect (personal) information on their visitors?

For sure they would ban webmasters submitting tons of pages a day or doing massive ranking reports etc. by IP. What else do they do with they information collect on you?
