alta submit via automated software won't work?

In regards with the new submission system that altavista impost thru this forum's topic ,so does this means that submission thru this webpage submmision software like WPG, Addweb will not be submitted to altavista? unless only by hand. Or is this topic covered where I miss out --Please guide me.

And yes you must now submit by hand to Altavista.com.

Submission software like Addweb etc will not work.

I would guess that using those autosubmitters and the web based submitters that are still wired for Alta, will get you permanently banned. Alta has become far to anti-webmaster and seo, NOT to ban people for using them.
