I'm not on the inside, but Altavista just pulled their IPO (some said it would be the last time) and since venture firms like CMGI are primarily interested in taking a company public, this is a very serious situation.

My .02... look for AV to be sold off in the near future. I just hope Disney doesn't buy them.
