Hi!
Hi I am new usr. I am studying about how I can create Meta keywords for Altavista.
I knew that when I create doorway page I should use one key word per a web page.
Could you tell me this is correct or not. My key word " silk exporter "

1. <Title> Thai silk exporter </title>
<Meta name="keywords" content="silk exporter, SILK EXPORTER, Silk Exporter">
1.1 At title, should I use " big capital or small capital" and " should I use "s" or not"
" Thai silk exporter" or
" Thailand silk exporter" or
" thai silk exporter" or
" thailand silk exporter" or
" Thai silk exporters" or
" Thailand silk exporters"
" thai silk exporters"
" thailand silk exporters"
1.2 If I write Meta keyword same as above, is it Spam?
1.3 Does Atavista see the words " silk exporter, SILK EXPORTER, Silk Exporter" the same or different.

2. <Title> Thai silk exporter</Title>
<Meta name="key words" content= thai silk exporter, siam silk exporter, silk exporter portal"
2.1 Which one is better between the example No.1 and No.2?

3. Is it correct Altavista like the page that has the word approximately 600-900 words.
3.1 600-900 words are the word in Meta, Alt and so no, or just the word in page viewer.
3.2 Should I insert a key word in page viewer? How much should I do? How many percent?

You are on the right track. Don't repeat your keyword more than 3 times in the Meta Tag. The title should be First Character Of Each Word Capitalized.

1.3 different. Altavista is Case sensitive.
#2 is good.
#3 is also good.
#4 study the density of keywords you are using. A page should be less than 10% dense in the keyword. (if you have 100 words, don't make more than 10 of them as the keyword).

Hi: Brett_Tabke

1.Thank you very much.
2.I would like to confirm my understood in the answer 4. The density of web page included the word in Meta tag or not or just the word in the body when we preview by Internet explorer “ page viewed”

Thank you so much

Look at the density both ways Mai. With the meta tag, url, and title included, try to stay under 15%. With just the page, try to stay under 9-10% or less.
