On the AltaVista A-List [trends.altavista.com] page, at the bottom right there is a link to BabelFish (translate). By the side of this link is a bit of text that says: 5 pts.
This seems very similar to the Iwon points system, although the link itself doesn't contain any point info. Has anybody else seen any evidence of a test of this kind, and if so, is it the start of a big change?

This appears to be a left over graphic from AV's short lived point system. They started about 3-5 months ago (you earned points and traded them in for free stuff). I think the system only ran for about a month.
