My thinking is to use a blog instead of a website with multiple pages, and submit the blog as a PFI page...and then put all the different content as blog entries...
Would that work? Can i then just pay for one page(ie the blog) and "sneak" all my content into the SE?
Well, if you're going to put all of your content on one page it doesn't matter whether it's a blog-style page or a straightforward web page. Either format would accomplish the same thing.
But, but, but...
By putting all of your eggs in one basket you'll wind up with an unfocused page that shotgun-targets keyword phrases and no other pages to support the one main page or for the main page to support.
Whether you PFI or not it seems unlikely to me that -- unless it's a very small niche -- the page would be effective.
There are certain cases where this might work, such as "How To" e-books with other marketing to drive traffic. In general, think it's best to design a traditional site and then, if necessary, consider PPC to get more targeted traffic.
Just my 2 cents,
