Altavista indexing

Altavista has been indexing my new site constantly (one page every 10 seconds) for the last 7 days. How many pages will they fetch? (It’s an Amazon .com feed so there is many many pages…) How long time until searchable?

Not sure, but it apparently matters little at this time. I've got many #1's on AV, but they have been MIA on the search scene for a long time now. All those #1's are worth around 50 referrals/day.
