Looksmart Question

I paid the money to be listed in looksmart and also paid to be in the PPC. Well my budget ran out and now my listing is gone out of the regular listings. Is this supposed to happen. I though i paid the $29 to be included in the regular search engine? What is the deal?

The $29 is just for the editorial review.. you still have to pay $0.15/click for the traffic..
