A few weeks ago, my AV traffic disappeared and the url: www.mysite.com report said AV now only registered my home page (so about 300 pages were dropped). As of today, AV now lists my home page plus two pages that are listed in DMOZ and they rank well on AV, even though they are not optimized for AV.

I've tried re-submitting dropped pages and AV wouldn't re-list them. The DMOZ pages were not among the re-submitted pages.

Anyone else see this and have any idea what's up with AV.

Mayor, exactly the same experience with one of my new sites

I have three listings in Dmoz - the default page and 2 sub-pages.

Thus far, 10 pages indexed in AV, the only ones doing well currently are the the three in Dmoz's directory.

So do your sites that are on Open Directory, doing well on AOL as well? Or are you getting different results compared to that of Altavista?

I've noticed a pretty good drop in the number of pages we have in alta as well. They must be trimming the db.
