Have you tried to remove illegal pages from FAST, Inktomi...?

I saw a lot of websites selling my product whitout having the license to sell it...

I wanted to know if anyone of you have tried to ask Inktomi and Fast to remove illegal pages from their index.

Do FAst and Inktomi are responsible of their listings?

I began with Adwords but I want to go on with paid inclusion programs...

Any experiences...suggests...

Don't have any experience with Fast/Inktomi regarding trade mark complaints.

You may have already covered this, but my first concern would be who is supplying these companies with the product.
