Am in exactly the same boat! Nothing wrong with site only that it has a 301 in use, which Inktomi cannot pick up on...! My PFI provider can't help me out either :(
Am at a loss, but really concerned, I would like things to be back to normal with the listings I used to have in the SERP's before yahoo start to use Ink's results...

I wrote off to Inktomi last week and got a reply beginning of this week, pretty impressive.
Anyway, basically I have been informed that Inktomi don't provide end user support that our queries are best directed at their business partners (see below)
Inktomi Technical Support cannot provide support to end-users of our
paid-inclusion programs. All support for these programs is
contractually provided directly by our program partners. Please contact
the program partner with whom you signed up to include your URL. They
have full information on your contract with them and have processes and
tools available to assist you with any inclusion queries or issues
which you may have.
I also made a quick plug to get an "InktomiGuy" to come along to WebmasterWorld, so here is hoping :)

Basically I used to rank very well in all of the Ink SERP’s until I bought the dot biz and info extensions which ruined my position in inks SERP’s (I now rank bottom for a simple search term that in all other SE's I rank #1, and did so in Ink) would it be possible for me to sticky you with some more details?
