Program Resellers Cut Back

Inktomi has cut back the number of resellers for their Index Connect program, which is arguably the most important paid inclusion program available. Here is a link to the FAQs explaining the change:

Anyone have an inkling (no pun intended) of how fewer resellers is going to impact webmasters responsible for SEO? Will inclusion in the database become very exclusive, making the SEO space even tighter than its become over tha last couple months?
