Make our trusted feed automatically?

Now, i am able to make my xml automatically, but i must include in a form and FOR EACH url : an url (of course), a title, a serie of keywords and details...for each url...
And, for a site like a web shopping site, i have more than 800 url...It is long and sometimes, there are somes new products and the old ones must be cleared. I don't want to update the database directly. I want to work with the database.

Does a tool exist to convert, by example, a excel file with a list of urls, titles and product details to an good xml for trusted feed?

I need to generate an xml with a database automatically?

I am pretty sure xml spy does that,

but if you have a programmer that is pulling the data from a sql database or similar, it should be preety easy for them to make and just rename the file when done.....

When we do it, we take a dump of the clients database, import it into our own, construct some custom queries that make keyword loaded phrases and sentences out of the database info, run a link checker against every URL we are going to include in the feed, and then put it out there for the engines to come pick up.

If you generate good titles, descriptions, and keyword tags, you may want to just repeat those in the "content" field since nobody will ever see that anyway. Some of the engines just work off titles and metas and don't even look at the content field.

OK but don't forget that Inktomi, by example, ask differents contents in fiels. They consider that same content = spam!

Okay, maybe I'm just low tech but I have just been using excel to put the tags in between each item using the columns and then copying the whole thing over to a notepad , replacing tabs with nothing and saving it as .xml. It takes me all of 5 min to put the tags in and then cut and paste. Perhaps that's because I am a excel wiz but it's been working great and is super easy.
