Inktomi optimized page

Is it considered a doorway

I'm fairly new but I have been focusing my index page on getting a good google result (to soon to tell) and I am now working on submitting to Inktomi (while the price is still good).

My questions is:

1. Do I create a new page and work on optimizing it for Inktomi or just submit my home page?

2. If I do create a seperate page will it be viewed as a doorway page and therefore be penalized?

Any suggestions?

doorways are a bad idea. you'd likely get bonged for spamming. just use the one page optimized for google and you should do well in ink.

I have a hard time with ink, i am #1 on my most important search term in Google and 17 in Ink!
