Hello. Great Forum - I found a lot of very useful information. Thanks a lot to all the great guys who posting here....

Now a little question Pls.

I include my site to Inktomi and FAST via Paid Inclusion but as i see now they indexed only the URL I give to them - mysite/index.html. But they didn't crawl in.

Can you give me any advice how to make my site crawled without paying again for each page URL...

Thanks

welcome along dimitri..

Yes paid inclusion on Ink/Fast is for the one URL only, as they say in their promotion. Eventually you will get spidered anyway, especially if you have good incoming links. Paid inclusion is only for getting in the index fast with a highly optimised page, or for pages with fast changing content that you want to be up to date in their listings. Some SEOs say this also gives you a chance to experiment with your optimization as you can see results very fast for any changes you make :)

and the advice is..

not much.. if you can wait, wait... Im not sure how long it takes but several here say around a month of so, but someone already in has to link to you first.

My experience has been that FAST will deep crawl your
site within a month or two, but Ink is a different matter.
We have had homepage in Ink PFI for about 4 months now,
and no sign of them crawling any other pages yet.
