How to get more traffic from MSN?

I have a site that gets quite a lot of traffic from google, but very little from MSN. Referrers so far this month:

14800+ for google us pages.
846 for the main msn engine, 190 for auto.msn.com.

I have a much larger percentage of "eggs" in my google basket than I would like. What can I do to increase my msn.com hits? I have over 50k pages in google right now from the Jan crawl, I am sure FAST has nowhere near that many yet.

There are plenty of "pay for inclusion" services out there, but I don't have a good idea about which ones are scams and which really work.

I get most of my traffic from google on keywords which match content on the 50k pages, so I don't really have a handful of keywords I can specifically target, like with an msn small business listing.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There are plenty of "pay for inclusion" services out there, but I don't have a good idea about which ones are scams and which really work.

We use PositionTech and have not had any problems...yet.

We have only used their service for a couple of months now, but so far, so good.

I have been using Ineedhits.com for 8 months and have had no problems. I have emailed support a few times with questions and have always gotten a response within 12 hours or less.

I have 50k pages in google. Am I right that means it would cost $25,000 just to include 1000 of them? That's nuts.

I would contact them concerning bulk pricing if you are going to include all of your url's. I would suggest submitting only a few of your top urls (25-50) and that should give you enough exposure.

Yes.

However, I don't think 1000 or 10,000 pages would be very cost effective. We submitted 25 of our 2000 pages, focused keywords that mattered and had proven results.

Take your top 25-50 pages and submit them, once folks visit your site through these entry points, it's up to them to search deeper.

PositionTechs Trusted feed program may be applicable in this situation.

yep, you can setup Trusted Feed in Ask, Ink, FAST and AV. Instead of paying for inclusion, you'll pay around .25/click. If you put all 50k pages in or even 10% of that the CPC might come down some.

You'll need to generate a file that has titles, descriptions, keywords, and a section for content to give to PT put it in a special format for them and then watch the traffic roll in.
