Spam Penalty?

If I went from #1 to #62 in one update, can I assume that the reason this ocurred is due to a spam penalty?

IOW, if I received a spam penalty, how would I know?

I doubt it's a spam penalty (it's probably just an algo change), AV usually just bans you if you spam them......
