Yes, Allesklar brings you into MSN. It's however just one directory listing.
Ink has lately been quite good at spidering for free.
MSN in Germany is an interesting market - not huge, but can be worthwile.

Ink just spiders from links. Don't know for sure if all odp entries get spidered but I'd think so.
