1. Do these resellers provide the same service or is there any difference between them?
2. What do the ranks ineedhits gives actually mean? At present its reports say we've been averaging position 3 on one keyword and position 5 on another. Only when I actually go to look on hotbot and MSN we're so far back I gave up looking through the pages.

Strange. When I check my positions with the MSN button in particular the rank is very close to the actual position.
Yes - major differences. Check into pt, they have so much more than just inclussion. The extra support and services are worth it. I'm surprised they don't charge more than the other guys do just to cover the extras.
