Inktomi results in MSN ranking spam site

where is the best place to report spam to Inktomi

Has anyone had ANY luck in getting Inktomi to research and remove a site that is blatantly using hidden text and Spam techniques and ranking as a result?

Same site reported to Google and it was removed in a day. MSN and Inktomi don't seem to have time to respond. Even contacted Position Tech as it is showing in the pure search results as well.
Any suggestion welcome on how to handle this.
At this point since there is no response to the inquiry I made, efforts seem to be in vain.
Give up?

Sent off an email to [e-mail] as suggested. Sometimes it's hard to find these departments when searching for them on the site.
