Heh. Yeah, I'm actually old enough to remember when Altavista was something. I can't imagine that they do much business getting people to pay to spider their sites with the little traffic I get from Altavista.

Yeah, if WebmasterWorld had been this popular three or four years ago, we'd have been seeing 300-post discussions of the "AltaVista Dance" monthly update instead of Google...

AV still has a pretty good db, I just hope they can figure out how to save themselves.
