What you will need to do is get a link from one or _more_ pages that are spidered by inktomi. There may be places to submit the URLs on www.msn.com and www.goo.ne.jp but it has been noted many times that submitted sites do not rate as highly as naturally spidered sites untill they become naturally spidered.
Either way if you want a free listing and a rating you need to wait for it. How long? depends on which way the wind is blowing ... <read> i am hoping for a shorter wait for free listings, the wait was very long six months ago, but good things come to sites who wait.</read>
