Ink has a pretty spammy algo...density and page titles seem really important but what about link popularity...how important is it? Anyone have a good layout for the basic maodel for ink algo?

Unfortunately I don't think anyone is going to give away their Ink formula...

However I will tell you that link pop does play a factor.. especially if your trying to get in for free (they're known to drop non paid sites from their database if they don't have sufficient incoming links)..

The link pop factor isn't nearly as strong as on Google but the strategies are the same (keywords in anchor text, etc...)

The best way to start figuring it out is to do a few paid pages because of the frequent spidering and see which one does appreciably better than the others. Then, along with looking at other pages for the same search term, try to figure out why that one is doing better and use that to work on the others.

A lot is trial and error until you start to get a feel for it. Once you do, the rest start to come easier.
