NeoN, it's Ink. The way that's different is the way they're promoting and describing it. The prices are the same with $10 tacked on, which is more than enough for them to turn a profit with volume business from what's being presented to hint at doing SEO but is actually just automated processes.

What they're presenting as additional services could be *competitive* with SEOs, who know that running a syntax check for meta tags won't cut it. The general public might not know that, and it looks like there' a lot being offered.
