Inktomi does not crawl?

After months of trying inktomi only takes robots.txt and /

I submitted our site to inktomi (via hotbot) many months ago.

Their spider visits our site regularly (once every few days) and picks up robots.txt and / but nothing else.

The standard response email says - be patient this is what happens and that they'll do a crawl later.

Is "later" really 6 months+?

Anyone else with this experience?
