PT postpones PFI price increase till 11/28

PT just posted an announcement that the PFI price increase has been postponed till 11/28.

Interesting but why ?

I would postpone if

1. Technically I was unprepared for the change.
2. The lawyers told me I might violate some terms of aggrement.
3. I realized that the short notice might not have given my buyers the oppurtunity to buy the product inventory I had hoped for.

They needed a bit more time to coordinate the technical side of the price change among all the INK re-sellers. Guess it's not as easy as changing the price on a gas pump...

Where are these announcements posted that indicate price increases? Are there any official anouncements, press releases or anything like that with specific dates and prices?

first position tech posted the new prices on their website,

then announced that the price increase was frozen until said date,

now i can only find the old prices listed on the site with no indication of the impending increase.
