Quite a nice little touch from PT. I think the search results are showing ink results from MSN, I checked some of my paid pages with PT’s own search and they are the same on MSN

I had a feeling this would be the case as the referral traffic shown I’m sure is from MSN

The first listings are Inktomi with Looksmart title and description.

I noticed some results with the dreaded "?" in the URL. Have I been missing something or is this a new feature of Inktomi? I know the URLS I am looking at are new results simply by the content and my search term. Any thoughts anyone?

I've never seen any of these, drop me a sticky with the search term, also all of my PT pages don't have a "?".

Just a guess but could it be someway of monitoring which paid service is being used

Inktomi has long had the ability to index "dynamic" content.

Was kinda fun to see my (html) pages in the top ten rather than under tons of directory and GOTO pages (from the pt url above).

Except for the possibility of "paid, cloaked" pages there are lots of pages on top with little or no reason for being there. (that is, unless larger companies can now pay for "position" with INK.)
