I'd start resubmitting if you are still holding off.
How many pages do you submit per day per site? How often do you resubmit the same pages to the same engines? Just curious. :)

I am very agressive about resubmitting to ink. I submit up to 20 pages a day per site and resubmit every 30 days. Also I submit to canada, hotbot, answers, and goo.

From 22 June to 22 July; 1047 pages submitted to Ink [all pages submitted to canada,hotbot and anzwers, various domains] the only pages now in the database are those that were submitted after 6 July.
Example 6th July submission:
Listed 22nd July
Ink goes belly up, re-submit or wait? [My instinct is to wait, unfortunately the wrong thing to do].
Example 19 July submission:
Listed 22nd July
What I should have done is re-submit all of my clients sites on the 19th and after,they would now be indexed or about to be.

Inktomi is only a database, with the inherent up's and downs that database management entails.
My new philosophy is to ignore these fluctuations,if my clients sites have dropped out the dB then I will re-submit.
Inktomi does not control when I submit sites only when it will index them.
Our experience (since the big drop) has been 2 to 4 days after spidering. But, from what I'm reading here and there - some have been quicker and some much longer. Our rule of thumb has been - If it doesn't show up a week after J6000 comes we submit it again.
