anybody think it's no good?

Enough said...Yes, Ink respiders every 48 hours but my company gets more traffic from the free submissions than the paid ones. I think Inks algo is not quite fine tuned.

Works wonderfully for me! Consistent top 10 listings (unless beaten down by Goto, DirectHit, LookSmart, ODP et al). If the page doesn't work you can tweak it and get re-indexed in 48 hours - does good for me!

Symm, It was my understanding that each partner using INK has its own algo?

my experience has been that the algos are all pretty similar, for the most part. there can be minor differences between ranks, but generally, a rockin page will rock on all ink engines...

Maybe true for the really rockin page, but a middling page can show a whole lot of variation. I have a page at 28 on Canada, 48 on HotBot and 75 on MSN. That's a big pain.

yeah, generally i'm talking about top-10 listings. which means some core part of the algo (shared by all engines) must be hit really hard.

also, there seems to be tiers of linkpop, and those tiers may vary some by engine but in general if you're at the top of the linkpop ladder you are helped across the board...

anyone else noticed linkpop tiers?
