Can someone help me. I have updated my web site on my PC and when I try to upload it to the host I keep getting an error message "550 animate.js: Access is denied". I have no idea what is causing this or where to look to try and find a cure. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

Hello,
It could be a couple of things. I would suggest looking at the permissions of the .js file. It sounds like you don't have permission to overwrite the file.

As above, also make sure your .js is readable.

Thanks very much for your replies. I have now found what was causing the problem. What had happened is that the host had changed servers and my username and password had changed along with it. So I was using the incorrect username and password.....OOPS. Now I am using the correct username and password all is OK. Once again many thanks.
