MSN UK is Google PR 2

just visited MSN UK (uk.msn.com) and noticed the PR2 - what's up with that? They use a 301 to redirect www.msn.co.uk to uk.msn.com - so where do this come from - surely it's a bug in G?

search.msn.co.uk is PR7

anyone care to discuss?
