can anybody shed some light on what it REALLY takes to rank on MSN? The common response is their traffic is not worth optimizing for or their SERPS are a duplicate of Yahoo's, both of which I disagree with. After reviewing many different keyword searches, the results are drastically different than what Yahoo shows. So, is anyone willing to drop some knowledge on this specific topic? Thanks!
At the moment the charter for this forum is a rumour mill for what is coming on MSN, not what is already there, which explains why the forum is quiet because MSN are staying very quiet on this.
That said, I do agree with Airpal that the results are not entirely Yahoo clones. I would welcome a debate on whether I should ask the powers that be to expand the remit of the forum a little.
What do you guys think?
I'm mainly checking in here because I think the new Microsoft search will be a very interesting launch, even if it isn't top rate on day one. But that launch could be a good way off and I think there will still be time to make looking into the current MSN worth while.
Seriously ...if you agreed to mod this forum ...given what Redmond will probably do with "product# *****" .
You are one very brave person .... : )
