This is an interesting video interview of couple of members of the MSN Search team, Andy Edmonds and Erik Selberg. They talk about a variety of things in this one hour long video including neural networks.

Interesting find. Now if I can just find a spare hour to get around to watching it :)

Dixon, I hear you. I watched the whole thing and can't say that it is a must see but you can certainly pick up some tidbits here and there.

The neural networks stuff was interesting but they did not go into huge details about that. It was also cool to just see two guys who have a part in a shaping a search engine. Not the kind of video Google would put out really. They seemed very frank and honest about msn's current place in search.
