Search Rank for one of the keyphrase say "Green Widget" shows on 15th position and if I search the same keyphrase in reverse like "Widget Green" ranks at 1st position.

I have optimised the page for keyphrase "Green Widget".

Any possibility that I might have mistaken somewhere in optimizing the page? Please reply your comments / suggestions.

Thanks

They are probably trying not to rank you for your keyphrase as you have optimised for it but will give credit for having Widgets that are Green.

Either way, doesn't in involve a targeted visitor?

Rather than optimising directly you might think of all the indirect ways to target the audience.

For MSN it isn't necessary to have exact phrases in all the usual places, and it's a treat to be able to just write text naturally for users without really thinking about "optimizing." As long as the words are on the page, they manage to figure out what the phrases are, put them together and return the results for them.

That said, they do seem to pay attention to how and where words are used; it seems to be more important than having exact phrases in page copy.
