Getting into MSN

CAn you help - my site isn't getting into MSN or AOL - how can I get it in there?

As I understand it,

Select the key words/phrases for your pages.

Put them once (and once only) into:

Title
Keywords
Description

Then, in the body, in h1, h2, h3 ,etc
Try bold, italic

Have good content in body

Then, submit it to:
[search.msn.co.uk...]
