Which should I use?

I have a forum with the domain: www.keyword-forum.com and it's optimized for just: keyword forum

This is the stat's for that keyword on #*$!:
Overture: keyword forum (23,6 searches/day)
Wordtracker: keyword-forums (5 searches/day)

Notice the (s) in the end of forums that #*$!. Does this mean that the 23,6 searches/day on overture actually is on forumS with the S, so i should optimize for for: 'keyword forums' instead of 'keyword forum'?

What does that statistics mean?
