Many of us saw the changes in MSN's search during their development the last couple of years, going from spam plagued results to somewhat respectable results.
Today, I came across this Seattle Times article and enjoyed it because it provides an interesting perspective of what was happening within the Microsoft organization during that time: [seattletimes.nwsource.com...]
