If you go into the Bing maps on a PC and type in Cumbernauld (a town in Scotland) it displays (as normal) the map and a short description on the left. The description showing is:

"Cumbernauld is the worst place on Earth. It is the land where hope goes to die. If Jesus was crucified in Cumbernauld he would not have risen again, he would have stayed dead. This is because it is better to be dead than it is to be alive and in Cumbernauld. You could show someone a picture of Berlin at the end of World War II then a picture of Cumbernauld in 2016 and they would struggle to tell the difference between the two. Cumbernauld is a cauldron. A cauldron filled with cold misery and dead dreams. It is the recognised "depression capital of Europe" as well as 12 time winner of "world's greyest place"

I have a screen shot to prove it! The quote is attributed to Wikipedia but when I look at Wikipedia the above section does not appear although the write up which does appear is rather critical, but in a more factual manner.

It was briefly on the wiki page: [en.wikipedia.org...]
(That's a previous version from a week ago from their edit history)
