Bing recently announced some enhancements rolling out on video. These include a new, larger video strip with more informative previews, infinite scroll of video SERPs, and new related search tabs.
They don't need to, I like searching for videos on bing because they all start playing right from the results page (hover over them) and they do NOT force me to watch commercials (which is a pain if I have to look for 10-15 videos for an answer).
Bing does video search better than youtube, imo. Youtube may be a better video destination and entertainment hub, and a much better sharing platform, but for video SEARCH ... Bing wins.
