IMO, if you want to put ads inline with the organic results, the ads should be clearly identifiable as such by their appearance: either because they are display ads, or they have a format and styling that does not approximate the organic results appearance.

I agree with bw100, otherwise, I don't see a problem with it from a search pov.
From an advertisers pov, it's great.

I have no problem at all with ads within the content of a search result page, as long as they are clearly marked. The "Clearly Marked" issue spans ALL search engines, not just Bing.
