Strange Search Return

Whilst looking at my logfiles I attempted to paste a portion of URL into a browsers URL field, but did this incorrectly:

e.g.

URL field: http://www.example.com

attempted to paste /viewtopic.php?f=100&t=99999 to make an absolute full URL of http://www.example.com/viewtopic.php?f=100&t=99999

but what I ended up pasting in the URL box was this:

GET /viewtopic.php?f=100&t=99999

This brought up a Bing search page with unusual results:

What does it mean?

Maybe the information was not clear.

Here's what happens if you enter

GET /viewtopic.php

in a browser (tried FF and IE)

[bing.com...]
