How do you get listed in Bing News Search?

All the forums give this email address:

but it just bounces. Can't find any information on Bing's site.

I'd be willing to wager that Bing news mostly works with approved content partners. Probably to avoid the license/copyright/anti-search issues that google has had to contend with (scrapers getting priority over the source, AP articles being posted by non ap license holders, so on, so forth..)
