Bing Webmaster Tools Add Site Down?

I just signed up to add my sitemaps to them, and when I click on "Site List" and then click on "Add a Site" it has a 404 error...

Anyone else getting this?

Its working only with a US proxy at my end since its launch.

Try with a US IP, it should work

Can someone paste me the URL that it goes to when you click on "Add a Site" maybe I can try that way...

Webmaster Tools ! didn't know they had them, I'm still trying to get them to sort my geo search problem out as they still think my site is based in mexico so number one there but no where to be found on UK searches

Do you have the link for these Webmaster Tools hopefully they may have a contact us link

Its not working, I have to try with US PROXY, but however, we will have to signin first.
