Does everyone now get MSN Beta?

i.e. if you go to msn.com or msn.co.uk anywhere in the world, is it the beta versuion that appears always?

I thought it was, but if it is then I'm not getting the visitors I would expect, so I'm confused as well.

Located in Germany today I entered the Keyword "google" in msn.de:
39.918.187 pages found.
The German version is the new msn, wether I use the beta-search field in the lower right corner or the main search field (to enter the keyword).
