Anyone else see this, you type in a low comp key word; results on the first page are crap most of them full of porn then the good page with the title as key word is at the last page of the results.

Why would they filter the title tag like this, its insane for the end user, yahoo/ink and google both give good credit for title tag.

Why msn dude why?

I noticed the same thing. Some of my competitors have simplified the title and subsituted it in a H1 tag near the top of the page. They still dropped in Google.

I consider the TITLE very critical, and im not going to generalize it to improve my MSN rating.

Eventually, MSN will figure that a descriptive TITLE should carry a good weight.

Your same questions are what I ask about Google! Google doesn't care .02 about the Title. All they care about is how many sites link to yours.

Page Title does play a huge part in MSN's results!
